On the other side, you may restrictions on modification, parking, pets, and so on. If you’re someone for whom convenience is really important then condos are a goof it for you. They are more affordable than a townhouse.

Townhouse:

These are a type of units that are stacked either horizontally or vertically in an area. They seem like an individual house from the outside. They offer a lot of conveniences as a condo does but at the same time offers the flexibility of a single-family home. Like, extra parking, extra storage, own backyard, and lawns. They offer more space & more flexibility.
